What You Will Do
Plan and coordinate logistics of all aspects of domestic and international client trips, prepare domestic and international itineraries, handle high volume email, and provide high touch professional customer service.

Requirements
- 3-5 years of work experience in a similar role
- Exposure and experience working with ultra-high net worth individuals in a high-touch, concierge style service environment
- Working knowledge of the private aviation sector, demonstrating strategic thinking
- Experience and exposure working in face-paced working environment while handling interactions with a sense of urgency
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to obtain an Airport ID
- 3+ years of experience using Microsoft Office suite
