Role OverviewAs a Float Front Office Associate, you will provide services to patients and referring professionals by answering phones, scheduling appointments, and greeting and registering patients. This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week with variable shifts.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include registration, scheduling, and insurance verification, as well as maintaining organization of the front office lobby area and ordering office supplies.
Why It Might Be a Fit
We are looking for a candidate with customer service experience, proficiency in computer systems, and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Previous medical office experience and medical terminology knowledge are preferred.
Requirements
- High School Diploma, or equivalent
- One (1) year of Customer Service experience
- Proficient in using computer systems and typing
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; Outlook, Word, Teams, Excel
