Role OverviewAs a Float Medical Assistant, you will provide an exceptional experience for our patients and help them accomplish an important part of their care journey by providing venipuncture and other clinical support services. You will be an ambassador for patients, with a mastery of human connection and a strong drive for service.
What You Will Do
You will use impeccable C-I-CARE in all patient interactions, provide best-in-class venipuncture services, perform and assist with extended scope duties, and maintain high standards of in-office care.

Requirements
- At least 6 months of relevant experience as a Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in computer technology
- Experience working on collaborative, diverse, multi-disciplinary teams
