Job Description
Provide exceptional service to members by building relationships, originating and closing consumer loans, and opening and maintaining deposit account relationships. Adapt to different branch teams and workflows, and support consistent member experience standards. Meet assigned production and relationship goals through strong banking and lending experience.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred
  • Minimum two years of experience in banking or a financial services environment
  • Minimum two years of loan origination and closing experience
  • Demonstrated strong sales performance
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong member relationships
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule and travel between St. Mary's Bank branch locations as assigned
