Role OverviewThe Float Recruiter is responsible for campus recruitment and selection at assigned Benedictine communities. This position will also assist in onboarding, succession planning, and perform administrative duties.
What You Will Do
Coordinate recruitment efforts, review candidates, set up hiring manager interviews, and maintain an exceptional candidate experience.

Requirements
- Associate's Degree
- 2+ years of experience in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to travel to Benedictine communities
