Role OverviewWe are looking for a dedicated Assistant Teacher to fill in or float as a sub between our different sites/locations. The role involves general classroom management and supervision, implementing lesson plans, and providing materials and resources for children to explore and learn.
What You Will Do
The responsibilities include supervising and managing daily functions for a class of children, assessing each child's developmental needs, and maintaining a professional personal appearance and work behavior at all times. The role also involves attending staff meetings, workshops, and school functions, observing rules and regulations, and performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements
- Must meet all requirements stipulated by the state for this position
- 1+ years of child care experience, specifically with children under the age of 5
- Pleasant/friendly demeanor and an outgoing personality
- Highly professional and dependable
- Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work early morning or closing shift
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
