Role OverviewAs a Floating Concierge, you'll support multiple Dweck communities while being assigned a designated home-base property and Concierge Manager. You'll provide coverage and ensure a seamless resident experience when team members are out of the office or additional support is needed.
What You Will Do
You'll create a warm and welcoming experience for residents, manage incoming mail and packages, serve as a trusted resource for residents, coordinate maintenance service requests, plan and host resident events, and partner with leasing, maintenance, and office teams.
