WinnCompanies is looking for a Floating Leasing and Occupancy Specialist to join their South Shore, MA team. The role will perform day-to-day leasing and marketing activities across multiple residential properties, delivering exceptional service to prospects, residents, and site teams.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • 3-5 years of experience in leasing
  • A current driver's license in good standing and ability to meet the driving records standards outlined in the Company Safe Vehicular Operations Policy
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Superb attention to detail
