Job Description
As a Floating Leasing Specialist, you will assist communities in the Los Angeles market by selling and renewing residential apartment leases, tour the community, follow up with prospective residents, and prepare lease packages. You will have a strong drive to close the sale, exceed resident expectations by providing exceptional customer service, and build and/or maintain a true sense of community.

Requirements

  • Generate interest in the community by effectively answering questions, conducting tours, following up with prospective residents, and executing sales closing techniques successfully.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents.
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of local market and conditions, and assist in developing marketing plans that incorporate advertising, internet, outreach marketing and referrals to increase visibility of the community.
