Role OverviewA Quality Facility Services is looking for a motivated Floating Supervisor to support operations across multiple buildings in the Canton area. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll travel between facilities, support staff, maintain quality standards, and help ensure our clients receive exceptional service.
What You Will Do
Travel to different facilities and supervise daily operations, lead, coach, and motivate cleaning staff, help with cleaning duties when needed, conduct inspections and final walkthroughs, handle customer concerns professionally, monitor labor hours and productivity, manage inventory, supplies, and equipment.

Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license, strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work independently and multitask, attention to detail and accountability, previous supervisor or leadership experience preferred, janitorial/facility services experience is a plus, experience managing labor and supplies preferred, bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
