Role OverviewLead and support multiple branch locations as a trusted operational leader, providing guidance on financial institution operations, regulations, and best practices. Travel between locations as business needs require. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail required.
What You Will Do
Supervise, coach, and develop Teller and Service Transaction Specialist teams, promote exceptional member service, and assist with account openings and maintenance. Monitor branch performance and help locations achieve organizational goals.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Some college coursework in Business or a related field and at least one year of management experience; OR
- Three years of experience in a bank, credit union, or financial institution, including two years of supervisory or management experience
