What You Will Do
Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of floors in residential units, common areas, dining facilities, hallways, and other designated spaces. Inspect floors for damages, cracks, or wear and tear, and notify appropriate maintenance personnel for repairs.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Previous experience in floor care, housekeeping, or janitorial work preferred. Knowledge of various floor care techniques and various equipment preferred. Some schooling or equivalent work experience preferred.
