Role OverviewThe Floor Hand position is part of a 4-5 person Plug & Abandonment (P&A) rig crew on a well service rig, responsible for performing services on oil and gas wells requested by customers of Axis Energy Services.
What You Will Do
Assist in rigging up and down, pulling and laying down rods, tubing and casing, and other functions specified by the Rig Supervisor or other designated individual.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have basic oilfield well servicing experience, a minimum of one year rig floor operation experience, and the ability to effectively communicate in English.
Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or the equivalent
- Valid state issued driver license with acceptable motor vehicle record (MVR)
- CDL Class A or B
- Basic oilfield well servicing experience
- A minimum of one (1) year rig floor operation experience
- Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and written in English
