Role OverviewThe Floor Lead acts as a working lead, performing duties of Operator I and II, Production I and II, and backs up the Production Shift Supervisor. They balance and work to continuously improve quality, productivity, cost, safety, and morale to achieve positive results in all areas.
What You Will Do
The Floor Lead will perform various tasks, including leading a team, ensuring product quality meets established standards, monitoring material quality, communicating with staff, and completing daily production reports.

The ideal candidate will have three years of experience in a manufacturing environment, including one year of supervisory experience, and possess a valid driver's license and forklift certification.
