Job Description
The Floor Leader position's primary responsibility is to fulfill Buckle's mission statement by performing sales, merchandising, and operational tasks assigned by store management. The role involves providing legendary service to Guests, generating sales, and leading by example with a high level of showmanship and excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • One to three months related retail experience and/or training
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, which may include mornings, evenings, and weekends
  • Ability to lift and maneuver 50lbs throughout the store and backroom
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
