Job Description
The Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader position is responsible for fulfilling the company's mission statement by providing legendary service to guests, generating sales, and managing visual merchandise. The role requires a high level of showmanship, excellent customer service, and attentiveness, as well as the ability to lead by example and develop sales, recruit new teammates, and provide leadership.

Requirements

  • Greet guests with a friendly attitude and provide legendary service
  • Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise
  • Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on guest needs and desires
  • Maintain and share knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices
