Job Description
The Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader position is responsible for fulfilling Buckle's mission statement by providing legendary service to guests, generating sales, and maintaining a positive floor culture. The role requires leading by example, coaching teammates, and demonstrating knowledge of products and sales presentation.

Requirements
