Job Description
The Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader position is responsible for fulfilling the mission statement of creating the most enjoyable shopping experience possible for guests. The role performs sales, merchandising, and operational tasks assigned by store management, and works directly with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales and provide leadership.

Requirements

  • Greet guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service
  • Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise
  • Recommend and help locate merchandise based on guest needs and desires
  • Maintain and share knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies, and security practices
