Role OverviewSupport residents with medication administration, daily care needs, and overall wellness while creating a safe, home-like environment. Provide oversight to care associates and act as a mentor within the community.
What You Will Do
Provide medication assistance or administration, support residents with ADLs, treatments, and care, receive and give shift reports, maintain a clean and safe environment, and act as a lead trainer and mentor.

Requirements
- Current LVN/LPN or RN license
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Knowledge of drug actions, interactions, and comprehensive assessment skills
- Ability to lift/move up to 25 lbs frequently and up to 100 lbs occasionally
- Excellent communication skills
