Job Description
Floor Staff team members provide exceptional service to guests, operate POS systems, and perform general cleaning duties. They may be scheduled to work in the Concession Stand or as an Usher, and are responsible for complying with company policies and dress code.

  • Compliance with company dress code
  • Concession stock inventory
  • Promoting the Regal Crown Club and Unlimited program
  • Ensuring tickets are sold in accordance with the MPAA rating system
  • Operating, preparing and cleaning of all concession related equipment
  • Up selling/Suggestive selling
  • Complying with all local, state and federal food safety laws
  • Abide by all federal and state laws with regards to breaks and/or meal periods
  • Responding to phone calls and questions from guests
  • Usher
  • Directing patrons to their auditoriums
  • Inspecting backpacks and packages
  • Managing crowd control
  • Enforcement of MPAA rating system
  • Conducting in theatre inspections
  • Reporting to the management
  • Perform in-auditorium concession auxiliary sales
  • Cleaning auditoriums
  • Monitoring the cleanliness and operation of theatre vending equipment
  • Assisting with opening and closing duties
