Job Description
Floor staff team members provide exceptional service to guests, working in various theatre roles such as Box Office, Concession Stand, or as an Usher. They are responsible for tasks such as handling emergency situations, general cleaning, and compliance with company dress code.

Requirements

  • Regular and consistent attendance
  • Handling of emergency situations
  • General cleaning duties
  • Compliance with company dress code
  • Operating POS system
  • Proper handling of cash drawer and credit cards
  • Promoting the Regal Crown Club program
  • Ensuring tickets are sold in accordance with the MPAA rating system
  • Responding to phone calls and questions from guests
  • Operating, preparing and cleaning of all concession related equipment
  • Complying with all local, state and federal food safety laws
  • Up selling/Suggestive selling
  • Managing crowd control and assisting guests in finding seats
  • Enforcement of MPAA rating system
  • Conducting in theatre inspections
  • Reporting to management any problems or unusual situations
