Role OverviewFloor Staff team members are responsible for ensuring guests receive exceptional service. They may work in the Box Office, Concession Stand, or as an Usher. They must act as a representative of Regal in a way that is consistent with our mission statement and policies.
What You Will Do
Operate POS systems, handle cash and credit transactions, promote the Regal Crown Club program, and ensure tickets are sold in accordance with the MPAA rating system. Clean and maintain the theatre, including auditoriums, restrooms, and concession areas.

Requirements
- Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier or progress towards completion
- Ability to operate POS systems and handle cash and credit transactions
- Ability to promote the Regal Crown Club program
- Ability to ensure tickets are sold in accordance with the MPAA rating system
- Ability to clean and maintain the theatre, including auditoriums, restrooms, and concession areas
