Floor Staff

Floor Staff team members ensure guests receive exceptional service at Regal theatres. They may be scheduled to work in the Box Office, Concession Stand, or as an Usher. This is a part-time hourly position based in Gresham, OR.

What You Will Do

Operate POS systems, handle cash and credit transactions, up-sell premium viewing experiences, promote the Regal Crown Club program, and ensure ticket sales comply with MPAA ratings. Concession duties include preparing and cleaning equipment, food safety compliance, and suggestive selling. Usher duties include tearing tickets, managing crowd control, inspecting auditoriums, and cleaning.

Requirements

• Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier or progress towards completion required.
• If selling/serving alcohol, must complete legally required state or local training and obtain certificate, plus Regal Responsible Beverage Server training.
• Possess good public speaking, listen effectively and respond clearly and directly.
• Perform calculations with speed and accuracy and identify and correct errors.
• Identify problems, gather relevant data and note possible causes of problems.
• Possess excellent communication skills with customers, co-workers and management.
• Establish goals, budget time, and set priorities to achieve desired objectives.
• Frequently stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear.
• Occasionally climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Occasionally lift up to 60 pounds.
• Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
