Floor Staff

Floor Staff team members ensure guests receive exceptional service at Regal theatres. They may be scheduled to work in the Box Office, Concession Stand, or as an Usher. This is a part-time hourly position at the Stark Street 10 location in Gresham, OR.

What You Will Do

Operate POS systems, handle cash and transactions, up-sell premium viewing experiences and concessions, promote the Regal Crown Club program, enforce MPAA rating policies, clean auditoriums and common areas, and assist with opening/closing duties.

Requirements

• Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier or progress towards completion required.
• If selling alcohol, must complete legally required state or local training and Regal Responsible Beverage Server training.
• Good public speaking, listening, and clear communication skills.
• Ability to perform calculations with speed and accuracy.
• Ability to identify problems, gather data, and reach conclusions based on evidence.
• Excellent communication skills with customers, co-workers, and management.
• Ability to establish goals, budget time, and set priorities.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, talk, hear, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and lift up to 60 pounds.
• Vision requirements: close, distance, peripheral, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
