Role OverviewFloor Staff provide a sophisticated entertainment experience through unsurpassed customer service, working under general supervision of the Management Team. They are responsible for various tasks such as box office, concession, usher, and kitchen duties.
What You Will Do
Essential job duties include greeting and welcoming customers, assisting with movie/seat selection, providing friendly and efficient service, operating point of sale systems, and maintaining cleanliness in lobbies and auditoriums.
