Job Description
The Floor Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the operation of an assigned number of tables and dealers, implementing and ensuring compliance with company policies and gaming regulatory requirements, and promoting outstanding guest relations.

Requirements

  • Valid Louisiana Gaming License
  • Basic knowledge of a Casino Credit system
  • Previous experience in a leadership position
  • Game knowledge/experience of at least two Pit Games
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
