Job Description
Performs duties to include proper cleaning and floor maintenance that meets state, regulatory agencies, facility regulatory requirements, RHS Infection Control standards, and Environmental Services policies and procedures. Ensures a neat, clean and safe work environment is maintained.

Requirements

  • Demonstrates respect, concern and empathy for the diverse needs of patients, customers and co-workers.
  • Responsible for routine cleanliness and preventative maintenance of floor care equipment to maximize life of machine and reduce replacement costs.
  • Maintains a safe patient care environment by consistently complying with RHS, DNV, State and regulatory standards to ensure the safety of patients, visitors and staff.
  • Ensures assignments completed in a timely manner ensuring quality/infection control measures are met consistently.
