Floor Tech

As a Floor Tech, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of floors, carpets, and other surfaces in a hotel environment. You will work independently and as part of a team to ensure that all areas are clean and well-maintained. You will be expected to follow safety and security procedures, use approved tools and equipment, and maintain a high level of professionalism and guest service.

What You Will Do

Your main responsibilities will include cleaning and maintaining floors, carpets, and other surfaces, operating heavy machinery, performing preventative maintenance checks, and responding to guest requests. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of associate restrooms, ensuring that all areas are free of debris and trash, and reporting any safety or security issues to management.
