Role OverviewResponsible for on-the-job training of new hires and retraining of existing employees in designated areas. Work with hires until they are proficient enough to be on their own, provide feedback to supervisors, and maintain training records.
What You Will Do
Conduct daily stretches, educate hires on equipment use and safety procedures, and enforce company policies. Monitor new hires' work practices for safety and quality workmanship.
