Review architectural drawings, perform detailed flooring takeoffs, develop accurate estimates, and partner with sales and operations to produce competitive and profitable proposals.

Requirements
- Flooring estimating experience
- Commercial flooring estimating experience
- Knowledge of carpet, carpet tile, LVT/LVP, sheet vinyl, resilient flooring, ceramic tile, and related products
- Understanding of flooring installation methods and floor preparation
- Ability to read architectural drawings and specifications
- Experience with flooring estimating or takeoff software
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong communication and organizational skills
