Role OverviewAs a Flooring Install Leader, you will lead and develop the internal Blue Crew, manage timecards, expenses, and scheduling, and recruit top installation talent. You will also be responsible for enforcing quality and safety standards, and keeping subcontractors informed on products and methods.

Your primary objective is to be the mastermind behind leading, developing, and expanding our Blue Crew Flooring Install Team and subcontractor network. You will manage team administration, recruit top installation talent, enforce quality and safety standards, and keep subcontractors informed on products and methods.
