Role OverviewThe Floorplan Specialist supports dealer relationships and daily floorplan operations through accurate account management, inventory reconciliation, and proactive communication. This role works closely with dealers, Account Managers, and internal operations teams to ensure accounts remain current, compliant, and positioned for long-term success.
What You Will Do
Support assigned dealer accounts through daily floorplan and inventory management activities, maintain regular communication with dealers, perform daily reconciliation of floorplan accounts, and assist with collections follow up as needed.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- Spanish speaking preferred
- Two or more years of experience in automotive finance, dealership operations, floorplan lending, or a related customer facing administrative role preferred
- Experience working directly with external customers or dealer partners preferred
