Job Description
CCMSI is seeking an experienced Workers' Compensation Claim Representative II to handle litigated cases for a dedicated client account. This role requires 5-10 years of WC claim handling experience and a Florida adjuster’s license. The position is hybrid/remote, offering flexibility with options to work at our office in Maitland, FL or remotely.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of workers’ compensation claim handling experience
  • Florida adjuster’s license (Required)
  • AIC, ARM, or CPCU Designation preferred
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter with strong organizational abilities
  • Reliable, predictable attendance
