Role OverviewThe Florie's Host/Hostess is responsible for coordinating restaurant reservations, welcoming and seating guests, and supporting the overall flow of service within Florie's restaurant, bar, and lounge.
What You Will Do
Welcome and greet arriving guests warmly and professionally, coordinate and manage reservations, seat guests according to preferences and availability, and maintain an efficient and seamless flow of service.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Previous host/hostess, restaurant, or Food & Beverage experience in a luxury hotel, resort, or fine dining environment preferred
- Strong interpersonal and guest engagement skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide warm, polished, and professional service
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage reservations, seating priorities, and multiple guest requests in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with restaurant reservation systems preferred
- Excellent food and beverage knowledge or a strong desire to learn
- Ability to remain professional and composed during high-volume service periods
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Ability to work collaboratively with restaurant, culinary, and resort teams
