Role OverviewLead production development for a Line Replaceable unit at Amazon Leo, a low Earth orbit satellite network. Responsible for production process development, introduction, improvement, and maintenance of a key module on the next generation spacecraft.
What You Will Do
Drive manufacturing processes from initial production introduction to full rate production, partner with development on system design, and solve complex industrial challenges.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Ideal candidate has experience in a consumer electronics lab environment, Linux or Unix environment, and consumer hardware or software product development. Experience with software updates, hardware and software teams, and prototype devices is a plus.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent work experience
- Experience in a consumer electronics lab environment
- Experience in a Linux or Unix environment
- Experience working on a consumer hardware or software product
