Job Description
The Focus Area Supervisor is responsible for overseeing manufacturing personnel, production safety, and all aspects of manufacturing in a team environment, maintaining certifications and upholding company policies.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalency
  • Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Valid drivers license, acceptable driving record, and adequate auto insurance
  • Good communication skills, oral and written
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Ability to lift/push/pull up to 40 lbs
  • Ability to work other shifts/weekends as necessary
