Focus Area Supervisor - 3rd

Requirements

• Read and communicate through email
• Interact, collaborate, and review daily status
• Develop a daily schedule of work assignments and break schedules
• Manage labor headcount
• Manage production changeover and cavitation block activities
• Lead and interact with shift staff
• Develop, create, and publish shift notes
• Ensure all employees are wearing and using PPE
• Identify, investigate, and report EHS incidents
• Run Production Report and review shift performance
• Maintain cultural awareness and uphold housekeeping standards
• Attend, evaluate, and manage press process interruptions
• Conduct area walk-throughs and coordinate handoff conditions
• Complete Layered Process Audit and submit production and process deviations
• Conduct accurate and complete production review and sign-off
• Responsible for time & attendance, performance evaluations, competency/training logs, and disciplinary actions
• Engage with new employees through onboarding process
• Maintain IATF16949/ISO14001 documentation
• Participate in Hold process, verify team members' completion of box, bag, and water checks, and assist cell members with alarms and equipment
• Oversee general housekeeping and ensure supplies are in place
