Job Description
The FOH Supervisor is responsible for ensuring compliance with standards of service and operating procedures, supervising day-to-day activities, and recommending salary or disciplinary actions. They must also communicate policies and procedures, plan and organize work, and ensure guest satisfaction. Additionally, they assist in creating innovative programs and promotions, monitor performance, and maintain procedures to ensure security and proper storage of inventory and equipment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years restaurant management experience in a full service restaurant/nightclub or similar setting
  • Hospitality Management Degree or some college preferred
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card
