Job Description
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Follow Up Specialists to join our team at Cox Automotive’s FleetNet America. You’ll play a crucial role in helping us provide best-in-class service to our customers. This is for second, third and weekend shift positions. Requirements
High school diploma or GED and up to 2 years of experience in a related field.
Strong customer service experience.
Availability to work 2nd or 3rd shift, including weekends.
