Job Description
Travel + Leisure Co. is hiring a Food and Beverage Associate to ensure customers have a memorable dining experience in a fast-paced environment, working both front of house and in the kitchen. The ideal candidate will have experience in a Food and Beverage environment, excellent communication and customer service skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a Food & Beverage environment
  • Experience in mixing and serving alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages
  • A current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate and Food Safety knowledge
  • Experienced barista with a passion for coffee
  • Commercial Cookery qualifications and/or experience
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Immaculate presentation and grooming standards
  • Ability to work a flexible roster, working evenings and weekends
  • Knowledge of OH&S guidelines and legislative food safety requirements
