Food and Beverage Lead

Leads concession operations at various City of West Des Moines Parks & Recreation facilities, under the general direction of the Food and Beverage Services Supervisor.

What You Will Do

Assigns tasks to concession staff, accurately processes and balances transactions, ensures the accuracy and completion of all food and equipment logs, maintains a clean and safe work environment, trains new concession staff, and assists with assessing inventory and product orders.
