Lead daily operations, ensure consistent alignment with Forbes Travel Guide standards, partner with the Director of F&B on forecasting and budgeting, and drive hiring efforts.

Requirements
- 2+ years previous supervisory or leadership experience in luxury dining or hospitality
- Strong knowledge of Forbes service standards and luxury guest interactions
- Demonstrated ability to coach, train, and develop colleagues
- Previous experience with scheduling, payroll oversight, hiring, and performance management
- Proven ability to lead teams, build engagement, and drive results
- Strong operational, organizational, and financial acumen
- ServSafe and Responsible Beverage certifications required or obtained upon hire
