The Food & Beverage Manager leads the overall front-of-house operation across Violetto, Salvia, In-Room Dining, and all banquet functions.
What You Will Do
Lead the daily operations of all F&B outlets and banquet functions with a strong, visible presence on the floor. Ensure consistent alignment with Forbes Travel Guide standards in every guest interaction. Partner with the Director of F&B on forecasting, budgeting, cost control, and labor management.

Requirements
- 2+ years previous supervisory or leadership experience in luxury dining or hospitality
- Strong knowledge of Forbes service standards and luxury guest interactions
- Demonstrated ability to coach, train, and develop colleagues
- Previous experience with scheduling, payroll oversight, hiring, and performance management
- Proven ability to lead teams, build engagement, and drive results
- Strong operational, organizational, and financial acumen
- ServSafe and Responsible Beverage certifications required or obtained upon hire
