Job Description
The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for the overall leadership and operational excellence of the luxury restaurant and banquet operations at the Beacon Grand in San Francisco.

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills with a focus on coaching and development.
  • Ability to adapt to the needs of the organization, the business, and employees in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively when appropriate.
  • Proficiency with POS systems and restaurant/reservation platforms.
  • Craftable and/or BirchStreet knowledge a plus.
  • Some college education preferred.
  • 3–5 years of Food & Beverage management experience required.
  • Lifestyle / luxury hotel or luxury restaurant experience required; opening experience a plus.
  • California / San Francisco market experience preferred.
  • Prior experience managing banquets and events strongly preferred.
