Job Description
The Food and Beverage Manager oversees the different functions of the food and beverage areas at the Grand Hyatt Deer Valley Hotel, including banquets, restaurant, room service, and bar. Responsibilities may include scheduling and training of staff.
Requirements
Minimum of 2+ years as F&B Management preferred
Wine/beverage knowledge in an upscale environment preferred
Strong organizational skills
Ability to work with flexible work schedule
