Job Description
The Food & Beverage Manager will oversee the daily operation of the Alpine Hall & Tipsy Trout as well as other potential activations at the Lodge at Spruce Peak. You will train and motivate staff to maximize profitability.
Requirements
Responsible for the Daily Operation of Tipsy Trout & Alpine Hall and other activations as applicable.
Training & Development of line level Colleagues and Managers to ensure seamless & luxurious guest service.
Purchasing, Invoicing and Coding.
Manages schedule and payroll for employees.
Communicate information to the service team giving them the knowledge to be individually empowered.
Ensures a welcoming physical atmosphere and cleanliness of the department, including inspecting tabletops, countertops and side stations through floor presence.
Supervise the performance, attendance, attitude, appearance and conduct of service team.
Monitoring and responding to customer experience opportunities in real time.
Ability to roll out and execute initial trainings as well as continuing education for colleagues.
Guest Service Recoveries and Communication.
Coaching in the moment to Service Colleagues for both celebration and opportunities.
