Job Description
The Food & Beverage Manager will oversee the daily operation of the Alpine Hall & Tipsy Trout and other potential activations at the Lodge at Spruce Peak, training and motivating staff to maximize profitability.

Requirements

  • Daily operation of Tipsy Trout & Alpine Hall and other activations
  • Training and development of line level colleagues and managers
  • Purchasing, invoicing and coding
  • Managing schedule and payroll for employees
  • Supervising performance, attendance, attitude, appearance and conduct of service team
  • Monitoring and responding to customer experience opportunities
  • Ability to roll out and execute initial trainings
  • Guest service recoveries and communication
  • Coaching in the moment to service colleagues
