Job Description
The Food & Beverage Manager will oversee the daily operation of the Alpine Hall & Tipsy Trout and other potential activations at the Lodge at Spruce Peak, training and motivating staff to maximize profitability.
Requirements
Daily operation of Tipsy Trout & Alpine Hall and other activations
Training and development of line level colleagues and managers
Purchasing, invoicing and coding
Managing schedule and payroll for employees
Supervising performance, attendance, attitude, appearance and conduct of service team
Monitoring and responding to customer experience opportunities
Ability to roll out and execute initial trainings
Guest service recoveries and communication
Coaching in the moment to service colleagues
