Job Description
Food & Beverage Manager oversees daily operations of Alpine Hall & Tipsy Trout, training staff, managing schedules & payroll, and ensuring guest service.

Requirements

  • Responsible for daily operation of Tipsy Trout & Alpine Hall and other activations.
  • Training and development of line level colleagues and managers.
  • Purchasing, invoicing, and coding.
  • Manages schedule and payroll for employees.
  • Ensures a welcoming physical atmosphere and cleanliness of the department.
  • Supervise performance, attendance, attitude, appearance, and conduct of service team.
  • Monitoring and responding to customer experience opportunities in real time.
  • Ability to roll out and execute initial trainings and continuing education for colleagues.
  • Guest service recoveries and communication.
  • Coaching in the moment to service colleagues for both celebration and opportunities.
