Role OverviewThe Food & Beverage Manager will assist with the daily operation, service execution, colleague leadership, financial performance, and guest experience for the resort's dining outlets, bar operations, in-room dining, special culinary experiences, and related food and beverage activations. The ideal candidate is a polished food and beverage leader with previous resort experience, strong fine dining knowledge, banquet experience, and the ability to support teams in delivering exceptional, consistent, and memorable guest experiences.
What You Will Do
Manage and support daily restaurant operations, maintain a strong floor presence, lead pre-shift meetings, coach and train food and beverage colleagues, observe service in real time, and ensure polished, consistent, and thoughtful guest interactions.

Requirements
- Previous food and beverage supervisory or management experience required.
- Previous experience in a fine dining restaurant, luxury hotel, luxury resort, or elevated hospitality environment strongly preferred.
- Experience working in a Forbes-rated property or with Forbes service standards strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of fine dining service, including sequence of service, table maintenance, menu knowledge, wine and beverage service, pacing, presentation, and guest personalization.
- Previous experience supporting restaurant, bar, lounge, in-room dining, banquet, private dining, or special event operations preferred.
- Knowledge of luxury guest expectations, refined service language, Forbes standards, and attention to detail in a high-touch environment.
- Basic financial understanding, including labor control, inventory, revenue awareness, cost control, and daily operational reporting preferred.
- Excellent communication, organization, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to partner effectively with culinary, stewarding, events, rooms, spa, and resort operations teams.
- Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktails, menu items, allergens, dietary restrictions, and responsible alcohol service preferred.
- Experience with point-of-sale systems, scheduling systems, payroll systems, guest feedback platforms, and Microsoft Office preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, responsible alcohol service, and applicable local regulations required.
