Requirements

  • 2+ years of progressive hotel leadership experience within Food and Beverage
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with guests
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Experience with purchasing and inventories
  • Comprehensive administrative skills
  • Knowledge of inventory and control
